Three-generation pure-vegetarian caterer known for Marwari and Jain thali menus, live chaat counters and Rajasthani sweets.
Food quality was superb. With 900 guests the service at two counters got a little slow around dinner peak.
My father used them in 1998 and I used them now. Same taste, same discipline. The Rajasthani sweets are unmatched.
They understood our Jain restrictions completely, no onion or garlic anywhere. The live chaat counter was the star of the evening.
