These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Make Marry website, progressive web application and related services (together, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, submitting an enquiry or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is owned and operated by Ayona Multitrade Intl Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a private limited company incorporated in India with its registered office at Office No. E-213, 2nd Floor, Tower No. 3, Vashi Railway Station Complex, Sector 30A, Vashi, Thane - 400705, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Make Marry is a brand operated by Ayona Multitrade Intl Private Limited. References to Make Marry in these Terms mean the Platform and the services offered through it.
Make Marry is a discovery and listing marketplace for wedding and event service providers ("Vendors"), including venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, planners, transport operators and similar categories. We help you find Vendors by state, city and locality, compare them and contact them.
We are an intermediary. We do not own, operate, manage, inspect or control the businesses listed on the Platform, and we do not ourselves provide wedding, catering, venue, transport or any other event service.
Any booking, quotation, service agreement or purchase you conclude with a Vendor is a contract between you and that Vendor alone. We are not a party to it.
Vendors are solely responsible for their pricing, availability, service quality, staffing, licences, permissions, food safety, timeliness and for honouring confirmed bookings. Any dispute about the service delivered must be raised with the Vendor. We may assist in facilitating communication, but we do not accept liability for a Vendor's acts or omissions.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. By using it you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is true and complete.
Listing content, including descriptions, photographs, capacity, facilities and indicative prices, is supplied by Vendors or compiled from information they provide. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that any listing is accurate, current or complete.
Indicative prices are not offers or quotations. Confirm all commercial terms, inclusions and taxes directly with the Vendor before paying anything.
Where the Platform supports online payment, payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store your full card details on our systems; those are handled by the gateway on its own infrastructure.
A token advance paid through the Platform is applied towards holding a date with the relevant Vendor. The balance is settled directly with the Vendor unless expressly stated otherwise.
Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the individual Vendor's policy as disclosed at the time of booking, read together with any refund policy we publish. Statutory rights available to you as a consumer are not affected.
Subscription fees paid by Vendors for listing plans are for platform visibility features only. They are not a guarantee of enquiries, bookings or revenue.
You may submit reviews, ratings, photographs and other material ("User Content"). You must have the right to share it, and it must be your genuine experience.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display and distribute your User Content on the Platform and in connection with promoting it. You continue to own your User Content.
We may remove or decline to publish User Content that we reasonably believe is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, discriminatory, contains personal contact details of others, or otherwise breaches these Terms or applicable law.
The Make Marry name, the oval heart emblem, the tagline "Plan Your Special Day", the Platform's design, text, graphics, software and compilation of listings are owned by or licensed to Ayona Multitrade Intl Private Limited and are protected under the intellectual property laws of India. Our registered trademark rights are asserted and enforced.
You may not use our marks or branding without our prior written consent. Vendor names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes.
The Platform may link to or embed third-party websites, maps, messaging services and payment gateways. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant any outcome from using the Platform, including that a Vendor will be available, will perform satisfactorily, or that any listing will generate business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any Vendor's performance.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to the total amount of fees you actually paid to us (and not to a Vendor) in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your infringement of a third party's rights, or, if you are a Vendor, your provision of services to a customer.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, remove a listing, or withdraw features where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or where required to protect users or the Platform. Where practicable we will give notice and an opportunity to respond.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Fees already paid are dealt with under the applicable refund policy.

We will acknowledge a complaint within forty-eight hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within one month, or such shorter period as the applicable rules require.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on the Platform, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the Platform after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
